哥们，我觉得你的症状像是脑垂体分泌出的激素紊乱导致的，我这边建议去医院检查下”性激素六项“没几个钱，看看自己睾酮素，泌乳素、生长激素之类的分泌情况，如果异常你就要继续做核磁检查下了。如果一切正常就听楼上的建议去减肥吧。可以去男科直接让大夫给你性激素六项，如果医院小可以去内分泌科开。
